Through Reflection and the many ways to reflect I have started to unlock thoughts on my profession and questions within it that I would like to explore further.
What in your daily practice gets you really enthusiastic to find out more about?
iv alway been creative person and enjoyed what being creative brings. i enjoy visual media and have always had a ear for music and like lots of people, which is why media is such a big part of society. im enthusiastic to learn and do more and more and have an open mind new to techniques and practices and this drives me to what to find out more. and by using the tools that show us media and allows us to communicate like web 2.0 ,peaceofthepye.com, i ask how visual media and the web can enhance society?
thinking how i can learn new skills at work to also use to apply to other areas or projects in the futre?
What gets you angry or makes you sad? Who do you admire who shares your
feelings or has found away to work around the sadness or anger? What do you love about what you do? Who do you admire who also seems to love this or is an example of what you love?
i think what get me angry at times is when people think that media, in terms of websites, making videos, coming up with ideas is an easy career where we just sit around not doing much, but it much the oppose. huge planning and though goes into creating media that is both interesting and visually pleasing, the same goes with website like peaceofthepye.com even though it use based the initial idea and planning that goes into attempting to put it togeather can be more than meets the eyes and can have more value than people realize, ideas and progression doesn't come out of sitting around. the founder of wiki leaks is a good example of someone i admire who has has reflected on experience and created something out of this and has been successful in creating a pioneering new way of us viewing and receiving information.
Has an event, experience or incident prompted questions that you would like to findout more about?
i think alway looking at the world and wanting answers to what's going on around us has prompted me to find out more about the world and explore way of finding out, this has pushed me in the area i am in to use web and media technologies, sharing and the power of visual media to explore and also allow others to do the same.
- i would like to see how further i ca use web 2.0 to enhance my networks and further develop peaceofthepye and a platform for shared and collective information. i want to c how web 3.0 can possible be useful?
- can i incorporate other websites into mine to enhance it?
- can i find a new pioneering way to use these technology o further my goal or network to the next level?
